I am an active woman, I am 56 years old but the way I lived my life led to significant weight gain. It was a matter of eating with pleasure – which is allowed, of course – and as many times in the day as the organization claims. It was a revelation for me. Sophie Reverdi explained to me what I needed to do to get into this process. It sounded simple, I had to believe it, because her personal experience proved that it was possible! So why not me ? Her sentences, so just and so kindly pronounced, had touched me deeply and had continued to resonate in me, even after my return to Paris. To accompany me in this process, I had received a document absolutely unique, because in addition to being fun, it was practical and so positive!
