Ingredients::
1 cucumber 1 small pot of 0% fat white cheese or half a pack of Philadelphia Light Salt and pepper 1 to 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh coriander 1/2 grated carrot.
- Wash and cut the cucumber into slices, then place them on a wooden board or a nice dish.
- Place on each slice of cucumbers a teaspoon of cottage cheese 0% MG or Philadelphia Light.
- On each spoon of cheese, lay some coriander leaves and then one or two slices of grated carrot
- Salt and pepper
