Ingredients::
1 bowl of red or other frozen fruits, eg mangoes, pineapple, kiwis, blueberries, blackberries juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tablespoons of xylitol 1 mint leaf.
- Blend the lemon juice previously mixed with Xylitol, then add your frozen fruit
- Mix until smooth and serve immediately with a mint leaf.
- This idea of snack is prepared in two minutes and is totally adapted to your small desires of sweetness and freshness
