Green apple, cucumber and basil smoothie (1 person)Ingredients:
1 green apple, 1 cucumber, 1 spoonful of grated ginger, 1 or 2 leaves of basil, 1 glass of water, 1 teaspoon of Xylitol.
Preparation (10 minutes)
- Peel and deseed the cucumber and the apple, grate the fresh ginger.
- Cut the cucumber and apples into pieces, and put everything in the blender.
- Mix and serve immediately.
