Poached apples and pears with spices (1 person)Ingredients:
1 apple and 1 pear. 1 cardamom seed, 1 vanilla stick, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 pinch of pepper, 1 clove, 1 tablespoon Xylitol, 1 slice of orange and a slice of lemon
Preparation (20 minutes) + refrigeration or enjoy hot.
- Add all your ingredients to a saucepan and cover with cold water
- Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat to low, cook gently for 15 minutes and let the water reduce.
- Can be eaten hot or cold, add the mixture to a soup dish with the spices, lemon and orange for decoration. Delicious!
