Ingredients for a dozen kebabs:
1 fillet of salmon 1 fillet of hake 5 scallops 10 shrimps 2 onions 1 green pepper, 1 red and 1 yellow 2 tablespoons Soy sauce 1 teaspoon garlic powder fresh coriander 1/2 lemon squeezed salt and pepper
- Cut in half your scallops, clean and devein your shrimps and cut into cubes your pieces of fish.
- Put all your pieces of fish and seafood into a salad bowl, then add half a squeezed lemon, soy, garlic powder, cubed peppers and chopped onion, salt and pepper, then add the coriander.
- Marinate for two minutes, mix well again and then place your ingredients on to skewers, and place them under a very hot grill for two to three minutes on each side.
- these skewers can be eaten cold or warm, and if you have enough patience, and make small pieces, you can prick them on toothpicks, for small snacks very appetizing at any time. Served with a soy sauce or teriaki
