Après avoir longtemps travaillé comme directrice financière du groupe « Le Bon Marché » à Paris, Françoise Courvalin s’est rendu compte qu’aucun membre du personnel ne travaillait dans une position qui lui convenait: surqualification, sous-qualification, ignorance technique. , mauvaise utilisation du potentiel humain. Cette situation la perturba et elle créa CAPS AVENIRS France. Elle est la mère de la reconversion professionnelle et du retour au travail, ainsi que du bilan de compétences, en France. Designer pour l’ANPE de grands projets de soutien et d’accompagnement pour hommes d’affaires et créateurs de projets innovants, Françoise fait également partie de la commission du Fonds européen de développement.
Françoise Courvalin a entraîné et accompagné Sophie Reverdi depuis le premier jour et est la marraine incontestée de SMART AND LIGHT.

» Est-ce qu’on parle du burin de Camille CLAUDEL quand on admire ses sculptures ?
Est-ce qu’on pense au cahier d’écolière et à l’encrier quand on lit Colette ?
Est-ce qu’on imagine les éprouvettes quand on se penche sur les travaux de Marie Curie ?
Est-ce qu’on a une pensée pour l’âne d’Alexandra David Neel quand on retrace ses voyages ?
NON
Et bien, pour moi, parler de CAPS AVENIR et de mon travail, pendant la genèse du projet de Sophie REVERDI relève de la même démarche : je n’ai été qu’un élément facilitateur, catalyseur et porteur de réflexions et remarques pour recentrer le projet et lui donner de plus en plus de chance d’exister.
Alors, est-il nécessaire de mettre en avant CAPS AVENIR et Françoise COURVALIN, quand on regarde le chemin parcouru par Sophie REVERDI et sa réalisation ?
Elle est à l’image de toutes ces femmes pleines d’idées, d’idéaux, de projets, d’enthousiasme, de ferveur qui sont certaines qu’elles apporteront aux autres « un petit quelque chose » qui rendra la vie plus vivable.
Sophie sait, maintenant qu’elle arrive à la phase de la concrétisation, que, parmi la foule de projets qui l’habitaient lorsqu’elle était venue me trouver, il y a presque deux ans, SMART AND LIGHT était le bon. Le travail de gestation n’a pas été un long fleuve tranquille, et combien de doutes ont surgi !!
Le chemin n’a pas été facile, mais c’est à elle, et elle seule qu’en revient tout le mérite. Cette incroyable aventure de la « petite idée d’un petit bout de femme » prend forme aujourd’hui, et je suis fière d’avoir été le « burin, l’encre, et l’éprouvette….. »
C’est sa pugnacité, sa persuasion, sa douceur tranquille et sa volonté forcenée qui ont fait que SMART AND LIGHT, soit le concept innovant d’une qualité de vie meilleure, chargée d’espoir pour un grand nombre d’hommes et de femmes et surtout d’enfants.
Alors, si CAPS AVENIR CONSEILS et Françoise COURVALIN restent dans l’ombre, c’est volontaire : l’éminence grise est toujours plus heureuse quand elle regarde de loin s’ouvrir la chrysalide.
Ma présence et mon action passée n’ont pas plus d’importance que l’encre qui éditera cet e-mail.
Mais une chose est certaine, c’est que je suis fière de Sophie et qu’elle pourra toujours compter sur moi pour la pérennité de ce projet. Actuellement, SMART AND LIGHT vient au monde, le projet est viable.
Mais, il va falloir bientôt lui donner tout son rayonnement en matière d’emplois, de diffusions, de formations. Il devra se doter d’une équipe, de moyens, et d’anticipation. Merci à la TUNISIE d’avoir accueilli ce projet.
SMART AND LIGHT, précurseur dans son domaine : l’obésité, va faire prendre conscience à notre civilisation et à notre société qu’être obèse n’est pas une fatalité ni un handicap.

Well, for me, speaking about Caps Avenirs and my work, during the genesis of Sophie Reverdi’s project, falls under a similar approach: I was only a facilitating element, a catalyst and carrier of thoughts and comments to centre the project and to give it more and more chances to exist.
So, is it necessary to bring Caps Avenir and Francoise Courvalin to the fore, when one looks at the long road traveled by Sophie Reverdi, and the realization of her project?
She is like these women full of ideas, ideals, projects, enthusiasm, fervour, who are certain that they will bring to others “a little something” which will make life more liveable.
Sophie knows, now that she has arrived at the phase of concretization, that, among the many projects which have lived inside her when she came to find me, almost 2 years ago, SMART AND LIGHT was the good one. The gestation period was not plain sailing, and how many doubts cropped up!!!
The way was not easy; the merit is hers, and hers alone. This incredible adventure of the “little idea of a mere slip of a woman” takes shape today, and I am proud to have been the “chisel, ink, and test-tube…”
It is her pugnacity, her persuasion, her quiet softness and her indomitable willpower which made SMART AND LIGHT the innovating concept of better quality of life, full of hope for a great number of men, women, and especially children.
So, if Caps AvenirCounseils and Francoise Courvalin stay in the shadows, it is intentional: the éminencegrise is always happier when she looks at the opening chrysalis from afar.
My presence and my past action do not have more importance than the ink that will publish this e-mail.
But one thing is clear: it is that I am proud of Sophie, and that she will always be able tocount on me for the continued existence of her project. Today, SMART AND LIGHT is born, the project is viable.
But, it will be soon be necessary to give it its full radiance, in terms of employment, distribution, and training. It will need a team, means, and anticipation. Thank you TUNISIA for having welcomed this project.
SMART AND LIGHT, precursor in its field: obesity will make our civilization and our society aware that to be obese is not an inevitable fate, nor a handicap.
